Happy Easter!!

Wishing you and your family a wonderful Easter day, as we reflect upon the ultimate sacrifice Christ made for us. Hallelujah! He is Risen!!

"But the angel said to the women, 'Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here, he has risen as he said. Come see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and behold, he is going before you to Galilee, there you will see him.'" Matthew 28: 5-7

"..but God shows his love for us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Since therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life. More than that we REJOICE in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we now received reconciliation." Romans 5: 8-11

This Easter is especially important to our family as we not only celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, but also the welcoming of Asher into God's family. Last night, Asher accepted Jesus into his heart! What an amazing answer to prayer..

Way to go, Asher!
Belated Easter greetings to the Manubens clan! It won't be long now until Joanna joins our family. Today is significant for us - Luke 24:9-12 9When they came back from the tomb, they told all these things to the Eleven and to all the others. 10It was Mary Magdalene, ***Joanna,*** Mary the mother of James, and the others with them who told this to the apostles. 11But they did not believe the women, because their words seemed to them like nonsense. 12Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. Bending over, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he went away, wondering to himself what had happened.
Joanna had helped to manage Herod's household and was one of the first to evangelize the city with the news of the resurrection.
Blessings and peace to you all!
